Tim Keller After Graduating from British Columbia’s Top Private University, Trinity Western , Tim Keller entered into Hospitality Management at the world renowned Inn at Semi-ah-moo where he developed his core management skills. These skills were enriched at Earl’s and Joe Fortes Seafood and Chop House where the focus is on quality of food and service driven by sound management and accounting systems. He excelled in these environments and attained a senior Management Position at both locations.
Amongst other business endeavours and investments Tim is the General Partner of Burrard Holding Company and was an initial investor in The Royal Nightclub on Granville Street.Mr Keller brings a strong skillset of systems and training to the executive management team of Burrard Holding Company. Brian Fowke For the first twelve years of his career Brian Fowke immersed himself in the fine dining culture of the hospitality industry at the world acclaimed properties of The Windsor Arms Hotel, The King Edward Hotel, Jonathan’s of Oakville and the Sherwood Country Inn Hotel. After achieving all his personal goals fine dining had to offer Mr Fowke found his niche in the re-organizing and development of multi-tiered properties at H.R. Hospitality. He consulted to core industry leaders the Carling Cove Inn , The Restaurants at 111 Forsythe and Sharkey’s Village Cafes where he maintains professional relations and continues to consult on retainer. In 1999 Mr Fowke was recruited to Vancouver to improve the public opinion and quality of the culinary program at Joe Fortes Seafood and Chop House through hands-on training, system implementation and media presence. After five years and achieving numerous accolades and awards (Best Seafood restaurant, Best Overall Restaurant, Best Dessert and The Dirona Award) Mr Fowke made the decision to join Burrard Holding Company as its resident food and systems expert. Brian Fowke’s natural talent in the kitchen make him a perfect fit to oversee the entire food program at Burrard Holding Company. As well he will continue to develop hospitality management systems, make regular media appearance and be the liaison with our investors group. Some things you have to do every day.
