Overlooking the Yachts and fishing fleet at (water View) with easy access to Vancouver’s downtown core. Oysters and over-sized BIG steaks are the focus around the 100 foot long NY Style bar with the central island hard-wood burning grill and the ice beds packed with fresh local oysters. Open food stations show the care and dedication to quality the proprietorship takes in its trim and preparation of its meats and chops along side the in-house baked sourdough baguettes and pastries. The room flows through multiple use areas. The long bar has seating for 70 customers to be entertained by the bartenders, chefs and the 20 craft beers, 30 wines by the glass, 15 cuts of steak and the daily fresh chalkboard. The room offers no table; rather a collection of private, NY style booths for more private encounters and business engagements.
